Everkin ("we", "our", "us") operates this store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place a pre-order or join our email list, we collect:

- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping address.

- Order information: the products you pre-order. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

- Email signups: if you subscribe for launch updates, we store your email address to send you those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- Device and usage data: information about your browser, device, and how you use the store, collected automatically to help us improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

- Process and fulfill your pre-order, including charging your payment at checkout and shipping your units when they arrive in January.

- Send launch updates and pre-order news if you joined our email list.

- Respond to messages sent through our contact page form.

- Improve our store and help prevent fraud.

Sharing your information

We share your information only as needed to run the store:

- With Shopify, which hosts our store and processes checkout.

- With payment processors to charge your order.

- With shipping carriers to deliver your units (we ship to US addresses only).

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet legal obligations. Pre-order records are kept until your units ship and any return window closes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, send us a message through the contact page form on our site.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the store working (for example, your cart) and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
