Welcome to Everkin. By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Pre-orders

Everkin products are currently sold as pre-orders. Your payment method is charged in full at checkout. Your units are scheduled to ship in January. If the shipping timeline changes, we will notify you by email.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your units ship for a full refund. To cancel, send us a message through the contact page form with your order number.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

4. Returns

If your units arrive and you are not satisfied, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through the contact page form.

5. Product use

Everkin devices are communication tools for outdoor and off-grid use. They are not a substitute for emergency services. Always carry appropriate safety equipment.

6. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Everkin and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everkin is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or site.
