Everkin products are currently sold as pre-orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-order cancellations

Your payment is charged in full at checkout. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your units ship and receive a full refund - no questions asked. To cancel, send us a message through the contact page form with your order number, and we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping

Units are scheduled to ship in January. We ship to US addresses only. If our shipping timeline changes, we will notify you by email.

30-day returns

Once your units arrive, you have 30 days from delivery to return them for a refund. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through the contact page form. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your Everkin arrives damaged or defective, contact us through the contact page form right away and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
